Kinema Ikon Vintage

O platformă artistică multidisciplinară înființată în 1970 la Arad, la inițiativa artistului George Sabău, kinema ikon a pornit ca un proiect care presupunea producerea unor filme experimentale de către autori exclusiv din afara câmpului cinematografic. Graficieni, pictori, fotografi, arhitecți, muzicieni și scriitori au răspuns provocării, astfel că până în 1989, grupul artistic a produs 62 de filme experimentale de autor. După căderea regimului comunist, kinema ikon a intrat într-o nouă etapă de creație experimentală, sub semnul noilor tehnologii, una exclusiv digitală, iar din 2005, grupul se află într-o etapă analogico-digitală.
